Support Snake River Animal Shelter

We’re collecting donations at the Riverbend Media Group booth on Saturday, June 14th, to benefit Snake River Animal Shelter

In addition to housing and caring for animals onsite, Snake River Animal Shelter runs a pet food pantry, much like the Community Food Basket for humans. They provide supplies for 150 - 200 pets in the community every month, over 100 of which are cats.

What They Need Most:

Dry cat food (#1 priority)
Dry dog food
Cleaning supplies (tall kitchen garbage bags, disinfectant solution, Clorox wipes, etc.)
Pet toys (durable toys preferred!)
Leashes & collars (all sizes) - these go home with every adopted pet!

What Not to Bring:

No traditional kitty litter, please! The shelter does not use it and has specifically asked us to avoid collecting it.
