Salt Lake City–based artist Joshua Graham creates immersive, site-specific installations using found objects, natural ephemera, drawing, and sustainably sourced local materials gathered through walking and direct engagement with the landscape. For his upcoming exhibition at The Art Museum of Eastern Idaho, Graham will develop new work in response to the museum, the surrounding environment, and the ecological boundary regions of Eastern Idaho and the northern edge of the Basin and Range Desert. Exploring themes of place, ecology, boundaries, and human interaction with the natural world, the exhibition invites visitors to reflect on the complex relationships between landscape, culture, and perception through evolving mixed-media installations and educational programming rooted in observation, collaboration, and creative inquiry.
